CANCELLED due to rain - Wings Birth Certificate Office Hours
Wings Homeless Advocates offers open office hours at the corner of Center and Locusts streets, outside of the Downtown Library on Thursdays, 10:30am - 12:00pm. Wings provides free birth certificates and notary services for people experiencing homelessness.
- Appointments are required and can be made by contacting Wings at id@wingsadvocacy.org or leaving a voicemail at 831-291-5096
- No other services will be available at this time
- Physical distancing and masks (or face coverings) will be required to participate
