Wings Birth Certificate Office Hours

Wings Homeless Advocates will be holding office hours at the corner of Center and Locusts streets, outside of the Downtown Library on Thursdays, 10:30am - 12:00pm. Wings will be providing free birth certificates and notary services for people experiencing homelessness.

  • Appointments are required and can be made by contacting Wings at id@wingsadvocacy.org or leaving a voicemail at 831-291-5096
  • No other services will be available at this time
  • Physical distancing and masks (or face coverings) will be required to participate

  • Walk up appointments are accepted as time allows
