Our Community Reads - Panel Discussion: The Migrant Experience, Past and Present

What is the experience of today's Chinese migrants? How does it compare with historical migration? UCSC professors Grace Peiia Delgado (History) and Nancy N. Chen (Anthropology) will discuss the historical and cultural contexts of migration and the exclusionary policies that shaped the experiences of Chinese migrants living in the United States. Moderated by doctoral candidate Bristol Cave La-Coste.
