This highly interactive, conversational session will address the interests of the attendees related to copyright protection, trademark rights, patent prosecution and other intellectual property rights ("IPR"). There will be a focus toward the intellectual property rights strategy of start-ups, small businesses, and consultancies. Budget-conscious IPR steps will be suggested and IPR blunders to avoid will be highlighted.
