🌟 Welcome to Pilates at the Library! 🌟

Join us for a fantastic fusion of fitness and relaxation right in the heart of your favorite local library! Our Pilates class is all about sculpting those muscles, improving flexibility, and finding your inner zen, all while surrounded by the soothing atmosphere of books and knowledge.

This is a Bring Your Own Mat situation, and space is on a first come basis - so come a few minutes early if you can! 

 All Levels Welcome: Whether you're a seasoned Pilates pro or a complete newbie, this class is perfect for you! Our experienced instructor will guide you through each move, offering modifications and challenges for every skill level.

 Free for All: Yep, you read that right! This class is totally free, so you can focus on your workout without worrying about your wallet. Just bring yourself, a yoga mat, water bottle, and maybe a friend or two!

 Fun and Energizing: Get ready to groove to some upbeat tunes while you tone those muscles and work on your core strength. Our class is designed to be enjoyable and engaging, so you'll leave feeling refreshed and invigorated.
