CANCELED- Soundswell Live Music Series: Featuring Kyle Bradshaw, ASOMC and Dean Fraser
Please join us at the Boulder Creek Library to celebrate local music, our summer reading program and our Soundswell local music database. We're going for a classic rock/americana vibe for this quarterly music series and are pleased to showcase these three musical acts.
Kyle Bradshaw is a musician from Santa Cruz, California that creates music in the vein of atmospheric dark-folk. Utilizing fingerstyle guitar with drones and loops, he constructs introspective and evocative compositions that are directly inspired by the depths of the redwood forests, the expansiveness of the ocean and sky, and the liminal relationship between ourselves and nature.
Chase Dean Fraser is a multidisciplinary audio visual artist whose mediums include synthesizers, field recordings, touchdesigner software and fog. Using a combination of granular synthesis, monolithic drones and large scale projected visuals, Fraser creates complex dark ambient soundscapes that slowly build through improvisation and drifting generative algorithms.
