Journal Writing Workshop with Magdalena Montagne
Scientific research has shown that a writing practice can help calm and dissipate stress. Getting feelings down on the page helps us gain perspective and awareness, offering a sense of relief and release. Besides this, journal writing is a great way to record events and to capture inspiration that happens in your daily life. We’ll look at various ways of keeping a journal and uncover the skills necessary to create or deepen a practice that will enrich your dreaming and waking life.
