Summer Reading Crafts @ Scotts Valley
This year's Summer Reading theme is "Read, Renew, Repeat!". We will be making crafts which focus on using recycled materials and learning different ways to sustain our environment!
Every week we will have a new project idea for you to build or explore. Projects will include Science, Arts & Crafts and exploration of the environment around us.
This week, feel free to bring your own (clean) recycled materials, including cardboard boxes, cardboard tubes, cardboard egg cartons, plastic bottles, plastic containers, metal cans, old magazines/newspapers etc.
Best for children 6+. Children under 6 yrs old will need an adult present to help them. Expect to get messy! The program will take place in the Scotts Valley Library Fireside Room and / or patio.
